Collaborate with the Internal Audit Manager to develop risk assessments and audit plans.
Monitor and evaluate compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to internal controls.
Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive and clear audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Present audit findings to management and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Implement and monitor changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit procedures.
Provide recommendations for best practices in internal control processes.
Work closely with the Internal Audit team to ensure a cohesive and collaborative audit process.
Assist in planning and executing internal audits in accordance with established protocols.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree and relevant certifications are advantageous such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, CIMA).
3+ years of experience in internal audit or related roles.
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, audit methodologies and IIA standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using audit tools and software.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Independence, detailed and result-oriented professionalism.
