1.Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications
software, hardware, and configurations.
2.Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
3.Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
4.Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
5.Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
6.Configuring computer networks, both WIFI and LAN/WAN networks.
7.Need to travel to project site if necessary

Job Requirements
- B.C.Sc or B.E (IT) or Any graduate with Diploma in IT or other IT professional certificate
- Generally knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Servers. Network Device.
- Experience in troubleshooting Network, hardware and software.
- A minimum of (1) years of experience in IT support roles.
- Ability to work under pressure.
