  • Working technical knowledge of Network and PC Hardware. 
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. 
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required
  • PC & Printer setup, Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Email client configuration & Troubleshooting
  • Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN & Router setup, Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Monitor hardware system performance
  • Maintaining the IT Asset Inventory
  • IT help desk activities for internal customers, to ensure that IT related issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner. 
  • Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/ software and outgoing works.     
  • Phone helpdesk work

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor in B.C.Tech, B.C.Sc or related Degree and other qualifications, certificated or diploma in related field. 
  • Minimum 1-year experience in relevant field
  • Able to work as a team
  • Age under 30
  • Working knowledge of access control
  • Knowledge of installing and configuring computer Hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, and Scanners. 
  • Experience in repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
