Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

Assess program performance and aim to maximize efficiency and utilization
Prepare reports for program to management
Contribute to overall company strategy and policy making by advising the Chairman and CEO.
In general, you must follow all the rules and regulations as prescribed in Employee Handbook and Human Resources Policy Manual.
Need to report by Daily activities, Weekly and Monthly also.

Proven experience as a IT Program Manager
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
