We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Officer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems and network infrastructure across all company branches and the head office. This role includes system monitoring, data backup, network security, software licensing, and ensuring smooth communication between devices and users.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor IT hardware, software, and network performance.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers and wireless access points.
Provide IT support and troubleshooting for both the head office and branch offices, remotely and on-site when necessary.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to network printing and file sharing systems.
Coordinate with external POS software vendors, handling contracts, service agreements, and operational support.
Perform regular data backups on local storage and NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems.
Implement and monitor system security measures, including antivirus and firewall protocols.
Manage and track internet bills, software license renewals, and other IT-related expenses.
Submit daily reports on IT operations and tasks to direct supervisors.

Job Specification
đ Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
đ§ Experience
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role.
đ ď¸ Technical Skills
Proficient in MikroTik router configuration, network IP management, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CCTV systems, installation, and maintenance.
Working knowledge of SQL databases and web technologies is preferred.
Experience with POS software systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle remote desktop support and on-site issue resolution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department coordination.
Ability to lead and guide junior staff when required.
Willingness to travel to branches or stations as necessary.
