An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, Android tablets, printers, Conference systems, Audio systems, and other IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows, VDI, Cloud and common business applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, regional and vendor.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning such as workstations, tablets and VDI.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards with regional and local policy.
  • Support IT Ops in endpoint security matters ,including patching, AV, DLP, etc
  • Other Tasks assigned by the line manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and VDI
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing system
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Burmese.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
