- Prepare plans for implementation of IT products and services
- Responsible for solving all the section problems
- Establish processes to test compliance with IT related control policies within the business unit
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure
- Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
- Backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plan

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or related fields (other degree holders with relevant job experience is also acceptable)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT services
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Myanmar languages, good interpersonal skills and possess team spirit, good record-keeping and reporting
- Fluent in Windows OS and Mac OS, MS Office Suite, Windows Server, Cisco Network, etc.
- Good troubleshooting skills for computer hardware and software
