Lead all project members
Plan projects, reporting and solving errors
Communication with customers
Manage resource of 10 - 20 members in one project.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL (or) Oracle (Java is main and others are optional)
At least 6 years’ experience in System Development & at least 2 years of project management experiences
System development experiences in Java Projects.
