- ေန႔စဥ္ DIA,L2/L3,Dark Fiber,FTTx Service လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား အသစ္တပ္ဆင္ျခင္း၊ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားလပေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရန္အဖ ြဲ့အား ဦးစီးေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း ။
- Metro Fiber Network ၾကံ့ခိုင္မႈရွိေစရန္ေန႔စဥ္ Maintenance ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းအား အဖြဲ႕ငယအ္
လပ္ငန္းေဆာင္ရြကျခင္း ။
- အစိုးရစီမံကိန္းနယ္ေျမႏွင့္မလတြ္ကင္းေသာနယ္ေျမအတြင္းရွိ YESC တိုင္မ်ားေပၚရွိေကဘယ္မ်ားအားလတြ္ကင္းနယ္ေျမတြင္စုိကထူထားေသာတိုင္သစ္မ်ားသေျပာင္းေရႊ႕သယြ္တန္းျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းအား အဖြ႕ဲ ငယ္
အားဦးေဆာင္၍ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း ။
- New Customer မ်ားအား Service ေပးႏိုင္ရန္ Site Survey ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း ။
- ေကဘယ္သ ြယ္တန္းျခင္းႏွင္ ့ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ေဆာင္ ရ ြက္ျခင္းအတြက္ခ ြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ရရိွရန္ လိုအပ္ပါက နယ္ေျမခံ YESC MPT အဖြ႕ဲ ၊ ရပ္က ြက္ေထ ြ/အုပ္ တို့ႏွင့္ေတဆြံုေဆးြ ေႏြးျခင္း လုပ္ငန္းအား ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း ။
- YESC,MPT,ေထြ/အုပ္ တႏွင့္ပူးေပါင္း၍ တရားမ၀င္ေကဘယ္ဖယ္ရွားရွင္းလင္းျခင္း ၊ ရွွဳတ္ေထြးေကဘယ္ႏွင့္ ယိုင္ေနေသာတိုင္ ျပဳျပင္ျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းအား AE ႏွင့္ပူးေပါင္း၍ အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း ။
- ရုံးခ်ိန္ျပင္ပျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ Service Brakdown မ်ားအား အခိ်န္မီျပင္ဆင္ႏိုင္ရန္ Duty Team Leader မ်ားအားဦးေဆာင္ျပီးအပတ္စဥ္ညDuty ဆင္းျခင္း။
- ေန႔စဥ္မိမအိ ဖ႕ဲြ မ်ား၏ လပု င္ န္းေဆာင္ရကြ ္ခ်က္မ်ားအား AE,EE ထသံ ႔ို Daily Report တင္ျခင္း ။
