- Research and identify solutions to ONT, modern and customer's devices issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including PPPoE accounts setup and network configuration.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customer and retails customer.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issue to the appropriate internal teams (such as NOC, Core, ODN).
- Field engineer can go outside (customer sites and exchange pop sites).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any Degree or Diploma in IT
- MTCNA, CCNA is required.
- Must have experience in Hardware Maintenance, N+.
- Knowledge of Internet, 4CP/ 4P and other networking concepts.
