•To check and record each single computer for tech specs (both hardware and software), current condition, usage and common errors
•To do handover the network configuration
•To visit to GSP Warehouses in Yangon and check the computers, printers and network there
•To standardize all computers in terms of naming, workgroup, file and printer sharing
•To prepare the list of GSP standard application and installed on all computer (beware of email and file back up before reinstalling)
•To propose the regular data and email back up plan and required support (hardware/ software) to implement once management approved
•To propose basic user guidelines for all GSP computer users and to implement once management approved
•All users record, configuration, tech spec of computers, printers and network are to be centralized at IT and to be updated regularly
•Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
•Providing technical support across the company
