Mingalar Real Estate Conversation, is a specialised media portal focused on real estate news across Myanmar. Mingalar Real Estate Conversation covers Myanmar investment, properties and international interest in this exciting frontier market.

We are seeking a Lead Manager that will be coordinating our Mingalar Real Estate Conversation team based in Yangon.
The team comprises an Admin Support, Art Director/Photographer and an intern/Analyst.

The successful candidate will take the role of team manager and business development for the business on the ground in Yangon further integrating them self and our business within the Real Estate Community.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Coordinating of Yangon team

Strong negotiation and sales skills

Must be outgoing/active and passionate about building businesses.

Liaising with Australian Business Partners

Excellent English and Burmese skills - both written and verbal and Translation skills between the two languages

Need to have a solid understanding of the real estate market, news and events

Identifying and Onboarding professionals who can write/provide their own written articles that we can post as blogs on the Mingalar website

Have basic IT skills in excel and word press content websites

Quality Control and design, curator of website both for images and copy

Need to be able to attend and report on real estate events when required

Need to be able to identify property industry identities, businesses and build ongoing relationships with them

Ability to set and meet daily and weekly publishing deadlines

Coordinating the weekly eNewsletter preparation, content planning, preparation, and distribution
