  • Engage in supporting activities to facilitate conducting legal analysis for litigation cases, through providing insights on area of expertise and experience, in order to diagnose cases and find interpretations to maximize strategies and solutions for the company’s benefits
  • Engage in supporting activities to facilitate provision of counselling , through providing insights on area of expertise and experience, as well as work closely with relevant functions in relations to lawsuit e.g. Travel Law, Regulatory in relation to Travel Law-related Lawsuits to ensure efficient legal issue management/litigation for the Company’s and its subsidiaries’ best interest
  • Support senior members to identify legal risks that are expected to be critically importance to the business of the company and its subsidiaries and provide the basic legal risk assessment report, including action plans, to senior members in order to ensure timely risk management
  • Support senior members in researching and performing analysis on changes or on issuance of new legislation, rules, and regulations regarding general law applicable to the company and its key subsidiaries’ business.
  • Provide basic legal advice, support and assist various functions of the company and its key subsidiaries, including drafting and review of legal agreements and documents (e.g. power of attorneys) in order to ensure that (i) their businesses will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and (ii) contractual arrangements will be enforceable as intended and not be enforced against them in an adverse way
  • Assist senior members in identifying, monitoring, reporting and reducing risks relating to corruption and facilitation payments to ensure that such risks are effectively managed and closed
  • Respond to instructions to undertake specific tasks to assist senior members in the completion of projects or assignments
  • Prepare, review and update the contracts with suppliers both English and Myanmar Language.
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field
  • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • You have excellent written English capability.
  • Proven drafting skills
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar with practice management systems
  • Microsoft office
  • Word processing skills
