- Develop and lead compliance programs
- Oversee delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish company goals, strategies and priorities
- Maintain proper interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large
- Draft and help negotiate contractual arrangements; review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms
- Advise on contractual rights/obligations when disputes arise
- Perform risk analyses to understand the areas of contract exposure

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- LL.B or similar degree with HGP License
- At least 5 years field experience as legal advisory role
- Solid negotiation skills and business acumen
- Detail oriented with strong planning and analytical skills
- Proven people management and teamwork skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (speaking, writing and reading) and Myanmar
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and email
- Ability to travel throughout Myanmar occasionally
