A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Assists in the supervision of all physical movement of stock (goods received from clients/suppliers and goods supplied to subcontractors and site controllers).
  2. Ensures that all documentation and procedures are properly implemented (GRN, Delivery Notes).
  3. Ensures that all materials arrive to the warehouse correctly and in good condition.
  4. Follows up with the warehouse employees and the transport agent for a smooth flow of the material supply process.
  5. Assists the weekly random stock count and the monthly general stock count.
  6. Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.
  7. Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
  8. Abides by i engineering’s Local Legal and Client Requirements.
  9. Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.
  10. Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.

  • Any Bachelor Degree with 3-4 years of bold work experience in respective position
  • Proficiency in English/Advanced Excel(Pivot/Vlookup etc.)
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with vendors and clients
