Key Responsibilities
Utility & Equipment Maintenance  

• Supervise operation and maintenance of Boiler, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Air Compressor, and Generator.  
• Monitor and calculate daily usage of Diesel, Firewood, and Electrical Power.  
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and support equipment.  
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including PLC systems, control panels, and automation components.  
• Maintain building electrical systems and ensure safety compliance.  

Production Support  

• Provide technical assistance to improve quality and efficiency in the production line.  
• Suggest and coordinate production running plans and cleaning schedules.  
• Support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.  
• Analyze breakdown trends and implement long-term solutions.  

Monitoring & Reporting  

• Supervise daily checklists, PM plans, and maintenance activities.  
• Monitor spare parts usage and recommend procurement needs.  
• Maintain accurate documentation and report to M&E Manager.  
• Lead maintenance team and ensure effective shift handovers.  

•  B.E (Mechanical or Electrical) or AGTI (Mechanical/Electrical)  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance  
• Preferred: Experience in food manufacturing industry  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance  
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems, boiler operations, WWTP/WTP, and utility equipment  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics  
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards  
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, basic CMMS knowledge
