Analyze staffing needs across various departments and business units Draft and publish job announcements on multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, and JobNet Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks Collaborate with recruitment agencies when necessary for specialized roles Build and maintain an internal CV database Support workforce expansion and replacement planning Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and recruitment SOPs Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Coordinator to support our Managing Director in driving strategic initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires a sharp thinker with strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure seamless execution of MD’s directives and cross-functional alignment. Act as the primary liaison between the MD and all departments, factories, and business units Translate executive directives into actionable plans and ensure timely execution Coordinate with GMs, Department Managers, Factory Heads, and Project Leads to align operations Analyze operational reports and identify challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities Prepare executive summaries, performance dashboards, and strategic reports for MD Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives across the group Attend internal meetings and represent MD when delegated Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
