M-Kitchen is a promising business venture focused on sourcing and selling commodities produced in Myanmar.

The department serves local B2B distributors, SMEs and B2C customers by offering price competitive products and a reliable supply chain.

As B2B Sales Associate, your responsibility is to grow the B2B channel and meet business and sales targets.

You work within the B2B sales team to develop M-Kitchen. You report to the M-Kitchen B2B Sales Manager.

  • Manage the existing B2B clients portfolio and identify new clients. 
  • Convert your clients into long term clients with regular orders.

  • Monitor your market price and make regular market price surveys.

  • Identify new sales opportunities on the market (products, promotions, services).

  • Monitor and analyse KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales

  • Demonstrated experience in developing business within a Sales team

  • Proven ability to negotiate and sell, with a focus on results

Qualification

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email platforms, and ERP systems.

  • Strong communication skills in Burmese, written and verbal.

  • Fair communication skills in English, written and verbal.
