An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Approve to maintenance plan and prepare the document for new machine, new project and spare parts.
2. Inspect the spare parts, cold store and production machinery
3. Take responsible to all of maintenance and repair.
4. Oversee the installation, repair, maintenance of machine, mechanical system, building and other structure.
5. Delegate tasks to subordinates
6. Control repair and maintenance costs.
7. Check and assess on new machine and suggest to BOD.
8. Daily check generator diesel usage.
9. Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are kept up
10. Emergency call for maintenance.
11. Sitting interview and hiring the worker
12. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
13. Perform other related duties and required of the Maintenance & Engineering Department
14. Follow instructions from and report to General Managers, the Board of Directors and Chairman

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. At least 5 years’ experience in related field
2. Bachelor degree/ Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
3. Full knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical.
4. Strong communications and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
6. Treat everyone with respect
7. Intermediate level in English
8. Can work collaboratively in teams
9. Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
