A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize machine downtime.
  • Establish long-term maintenance strategies aligned with production schedules and company objectives.
  • Plan yearly maintenance budgets and monitor cost efficiency
  • Oversee the maintenance and performance of all production machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and factory infrastructure.
  • Ensure calibration, upgrading, and modernization of key equipment as necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repair, servicing, or installation projects.
  • Lead the maintenance team (engineers, supervisors, and technicians) to achieve department goals.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor KPIs, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Identify training needs and develop technical competency within the team.
  • Direct and support maintenance teams in resolving complex machine breakdowns.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and downtime analysis reports.
  • Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports (downtime summary, cost analysis, and performance metrics).
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Support Management in technical project planning and factory expansion activities

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering field, with at least 3 years in  Strong leadership and people management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Planning, budgeting, and cost-control experience.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on efficiency and safety managerial/supervisory role.
