Responsible:

• Responsible for reliability and availability of the mechanical equipment (Static, piping, valves and rotating equipment)
• Develop maintenance philosophy, preventative maintenance schedule, maintenance procedures and repair procedure, in accordance to industry best practices.
• Lead and execute maintenance activities in accordance to Company Health, Safety, Environment guidelines and Permit-To-Work requirement
• Ensure compliance to local and international code of practices.
• Preparing schedule, execution plan, manpower, spare part for plant major maintenance activities and lead the team to ensure smooth and timely execution of all the major maintenance activities
• Demonstrates and ability to make competent decisions in emergency situations.
• Supervise and train the team for daily and routine maintenance tasks.
• Prepare, monitor and control of maintenance budget
• Understand and ensure compliance of safety, PTW, MR and RA
• Liaise with purchasing department for ordering of part and consumable, as well as for maintenance contracts.
• Maintain plant mechanical spare part and record.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical related issue and provide the solution to team.
• To conduct root cause failure analysis for failure.
• Assist and coordinate with major equipment OEM for schedule maintenance.

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech or diploma in mechanical engineering.
• 4-5 years or more in Power Plant or Process related Plant and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment drawing, technical manuals and P&ID's.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• English prificiency Skills
• Team player with strong communication / interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of plant safety/Permit to work system/Method statement and risk analysis is an advantage
•  Knowledge with SAP system is an advantage
