 Direct responsibility for all maintenance activities of plant equipment & facility through maintenance management system.
 Direct responsibility for operations and maintenance of plant utilities.
 Direct responsibility for preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budgets.
 Direct responsibility for maintenance planning & control.
 Direct responsibility for setting and achieving key indicator goals for Maintenance Function.
 Direct responsibility for implementing, reviewing and complying to Quality, Safety & Health, Food Safety and Environment Management System, in maintenance areas.
 Direct responsibility for selection, coaching, feedback and development of operators & fitters on operations and maintenance.
 Direct responsibility for developing vendors for spares and contractors for external maintenance services.
 Direct responsibility of spares management and control through SAP.
 Direct responsibility for discipline in the work force.
 Direct responsibility for safety of personnel, facilities and equipment in maintenance function.
 Direct responsibility for adherence to local laws on Utility equipment’s, electrical installations and other equipment within purview of maintenance function.
 Direct responsibility for identification of plant improvement projects and their execution.
 Direct responsibility for execution of engineering projects.
 Direct responsibility to present periodic updates on performance and improvement plans on KPI’s to leadership team.

 Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
 Experience in leading managing people to accomplish improved business results.
 At least 5-7 years’ experience in Maintenance Department at FMCG background
 Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes in various packaging types (cold fill, hot fill, Aseptic, blow molding) including knowledge of management quality system.
 Ability to manage and execute Maintenance strategies across the supply chain to reduce costs and gain efficiencies in the completion of a quality finished good.
 Knowledge of the principles of production management to effectively communicate and manage change in a supply chain environment.
 Ability to analyze, balance, synchronies and synergize all internal and external resources and assets to ensure.
 Technically sound, should be versatile with ISO management systems on quality, safety, environment & food safety and should be able to lead a team with good communication skills.
