  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align activations with business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of activation campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and experiential marketing events.
  • Conduct research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Building relationships with vendors, clients, and media outlets.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance against KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Manage budgets for activation projects, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Analyze consumer feedback and engagement to enhance future marketing initiatives.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing activation, brand management, or event coordination.
  • Proven experience in marketing activation or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
