• Creating and implementing plans to increase market share
• To utilize the marketing strategy to create and implement a marketing plan
• Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approached to help market and to attract partners.
• Commissioning or conducting market research.
• Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation.
• Developing pricing and budgeting strategies.
• Coordinating with and managing agency partners.
• Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders.
• Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions.
• Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines.
• To utilize the marketing strategy to create and implement a marketing plan.
• To manage all third party event attendance from conception through to delivery in line with sales strategy priorities.
• To produce and keep up-to-date a clear set of brand and style guidelines.
• To co-ordinate, produce and deliver client and staff email newsletters.
• To co-ordinate and produce awards entries for relevant projects/clients.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor’s degree and Five years of related professional experience.
• Strong marketing experience
• Experience implementing marketing principles.
• Experience with project management and managing multiple projects
• Experience planning and executing marketing plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals
• Strong management and leadership skills demonstrated by evidence of leading high performing teams that contribute to organizational objectives and show resilience in the face of changing priorities.
