  1. Creating and implementing plans to increase market share
  2. Commissioning or conducting market research
  3. Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation
  4. Developing pricing and budgeting strategies
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
  6. Coordinating with and managing agency partners
  7. Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders
  8. Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions
  9. Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
  10. Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure programme milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
  11. Online marketing (Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimizing, banner ads, web pages & Facebook pages, regular online response)
  12. Plan and implement social media content strategies with relevant channels for each enterprise
  13. Analyze and report of social media feedbacks
  14. Plan and implement event and trade fairs in line with enterprise’s marketing guidelines

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. University Degree (Any Art or Science)
  2. Diploma (or)Certificate of Management (Business Management ,MBA)
  3. At least (4) years' experience in Marketing and Communications Manager or similar role
  4. Proficient in the use of IT Systems including Microsoft Office packages
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Excellent project management skills
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with internal and External customer
  8. Experience of representing an organization at external events
  9. Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
