Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
• Maintain and update company website and social media accounts with relevant content.
• Coordinate with external vendors for marketing materials, designs, and event organization.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help manage CRM tools and customer outreach efforts.

Operations Support

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including order tracking, documentation, and customer service.
• Support the Operations Manager with scheduling, shipment coordination, and warehouse activities.
• Prepare reports on inventory, shipment timelines, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Assist in handling quotations, invoicing, and basic procurement tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, marketing, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong internships may also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain is a plus.
