g) Builds a team spirit
h) Manages sensitive situations and helps the team to solve problems

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Previous experience in leading and managing people
• Collaborative team player with strong influencing and coaching skills
• Action-oriented, persistent and capable of implementing change
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in sales (Sales Representative/ASM) or channel marketing activation (Brand Ambassador/Promoter/BA Supervisor) in FMCG with proven execution at point of purchase is an advantage.
