Enthusiastic and dedicated marketing manager willing and able to assist with the setting up of a new and modern integrated marketing and communications team. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play a vital role in the professionalization of the department and the introduction of rigorous standards, processes and procedures.

Job Description

• Develop, implement and execute marketing plans
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Produce engaging content that attracts and converts our target groups
• Liaise with commercial team for commercial projects
• Oversee marketing collateral production and inventory management
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, vendors, media and marketing organizations
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis

Job Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with an open attitude and willingness to learn
• BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
• Insurance and/or financial services experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns a plus
• Bilingual Myanmar-English is preferred
