Plan and implement projects ( strategic and planning)
Handle and report digital and offline marketing
Developing market channel maps
Manage monthly budget
Have product planning and follow them strictly.
Negotiate with them to secure the best prices for products and services, and ensure that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations, which may be clearly stipulated in the vendor contract.
Manage vendor activities and maintain both new and existing vendor relationships.
Identify suitable vendors according to the categories that need to be developed in the online shop.
Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others.
By maintaining good constant communication with vendors, must be aware of the monthly promotions and be responsible for transferring this information clearly and in an organized way to the team.
Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
Develop a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and global trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
Keep the vendor’s database always updated, completed, organized, and very clear.
Review current vendors and analyze if they meet current company needs, if it’s not canceled.
Organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors

Strong database and computer skills
Marketing knowledge to approach vendors.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
Strong drive to execute excellent, results-driven work regardless of initial challenges or blockers.
Networking and inter-personal skills, Problems Solving Skills, Negotiation skills
Acceptable in English (4 Skills),
Bachelor Degree
At Lease 3+ years of experience in Marketing channels (vendor services or a customer service role in the marketplace/e-commerce environment).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
