- To plan marketing strategy to get the required orders to meet the company business plan
- To lead the marketing team to get the required orders to meet the company business plan
- To research the market and collect wide range of information to improve the company business plan
- To establish good relationships with customers to promote the marketing
- To prepare and submit the proposals and quotations to customers in accordance with the internal decision procedure
- To propose the necessary actions to company managements to encourage the order volume
- To assist company related matters in accordance with the instruction of company managements

- Good experiences in Marketing Management with at least 5 years
- Have knowledge of engineering and manufacturing product
- Must be fluent in English
