We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Job Description :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and oversee the marketing team and daily marketing operations
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, advertising, and events
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Manage the brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing management or similar role
• Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and successful campaigns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English is an advantage
