Strategic Marketing Planning

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans to support company growth targets.
•  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

 Digital Marketing Execution

•  Lead digital campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and local apps. 

Sales Support & Coordination

• Collaborate with sales teams (both wholesale and retail) to create promotional materials.
• Plan and execute dealer support programs, product launches, and roadshows.

Brand Management

• Build strong brand awareness across Myanmar, ensuring consistent messaging in all marketing materials.
• Monitor brand reputation and customer feedback through social media and customer service channels.

Content Creation & Communication

• Oversee content development (photos, videos, product descriptions, blog posts). 
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting 
•  Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and 

Team Management

• Supervise and train marketing staff or digital content creators. 

 Event Marketing

• Organize trade fairs, agricultural exhibitions, and local farmer education events.

•  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in agricultural or rural product sales.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Myanmar’s agricultural market is a plus.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Willing to travel within Myanmar.
