• Make monthly creative content calendar for Enfanto to generate sales
• Inputs ideas and discussions on My Doctor business
• Proactive marketing activities of both online and offline to acquire market shares for business growth
• Work together with Category Manager
• Try to well understand the customers insight and deliver customer value
• Aware the competitor activities and explore opportunity for marketing activities
• Business partners with suppliers
Monthly Content calendar and help content creation for Enfanto.com
• Set Quarterly KPI and control the Target Vs Achievements
• Well supervise and develop the potential of HBE and BE
• Monthly marketing KPI and Sales target
• Online & Offline marketing activities ( Target and Achievement)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Graduated with any degree
• MBA holders have advantages
• Must be in the manager role for at least 2 years in Marketing field
• Experienced in product portfolio management, able to make a marketing plan and execution
• Must have good data analysis, presentation and communication skills
• Familiar with digital platforms and able to generate innovative idea
• Should be a self-motivator and able to make team members motivated.
• Must be able to work under pressures
