• Understand the equity of each brand as well as the target consumers and build the equity in the local market with the marketing Director or Brand Manager.
• Participate and lead the development of communication plans e.g. media, in-store, promotion, sampling and PR.
• Provide proposal and solution in any matters of visual expense management such as visual printing, visual installation, purchasing fixtures and POSM in order to achieve the highest level of cost efficiency.
• Responsible for monitoring, follow up the using and installation of visual, quality of visual at each point of sales.
• Coach store manager and brand ambassador to interpret the guidelines and train them in the execution of the visual concept; tracking their compliance.
• Liaise with the Buyer to review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels analyses consumer buying patterns and predict future trends sales and discount levels.
• Attend trade fairs overseas to select and assemble a new collection of products.

• Good command of English in both speaking and written is a mandatory
• Any graduate with degree in Marketing
• At least 4 years working experience in Fashion Retail field especially in Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
