Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:  Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and drive sales in Myanmar's personal care market.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and evaluate the competitive landscape, ensuring offerings stay relevant and competitive.
• Product Launches & Promotions: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns for new SKUs.
• Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and assess new business opportunities. Develop innovative marketing strategies that align with market expansion goals and target new customer segments.
• Partnership & Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media partners to amplify brand presence and promote product range effectively.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Campaign Performance & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns. Use key metrics to ensure that all initiatives contribute to positive business outcomes, with a focus on improving ROI.
• Customer Feedback Programs: Implement and manage programs aimed at accumulating customer reviews and feedback, leveraging insights to refine strategies and drive long-term growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

1. Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the personal care or FMCG industry. Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
