The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the Marketing Department within the company. He/ she should be responsible for the Marketing yearly plan of the company while analyzing the data and comparing the statistical information in order to forecast . He / she will be responsible for promoting new products, pushing the sales for the existing products by planning the events, promotions, marketing materials, new ideas etc. He/ she should develop pricing strategies by balancing company’s objectives and customer satisfaction. He should make a clear Marketing Strategy for the short and long term. People management like: training, planning and assuring daily work, conducting performance appraisal once a year, addressing performance issues, resolving problems etc.

- Any Graduate (MBA Degree is preferable)
- Age under 40, Myanmar Nationality and Foreigners are invited to apply
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field with Cosmetics Industry
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office Software E-mail, Internet and Myanmar and English Typing
