  • Research market trends, customer needs and competitors to help plan marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote the products to get target goals.
  • Supervise school visits and presentations.
  • Plan & execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to attract new students for learning center programs.
  • Organize open-school, seminars and student engagement events.
  • Monitor and report on enrollment trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage the content plan and social media pages for both courseware & learning center.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for better engagements and leads.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional certification in Digital Marketing ,Brand Management or Project management is an advantage.
  • Strong Knowledge of both digital and offline marketing strategies, especially for the education sector.
  • At Least 2years experience in supervisor  role.
  • Experience in team management, market research and cross-department collaboration.
