လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Big Opportunity for ...

* Supervise M&E works and coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.
* Carry out inspections when required to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are complied.
* Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements submissions and approval.
* Liaise with all sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure their submission/ installation/ testing and commissioning are comply with quality standards.
* Discuss and coordinate with others for installation of Plumbing, sanitary and mechanical services and supervise accordingly.
* Submit Reports and Documentation to Project Manager/Director.
* Attend site coordination meeting and site technical meeting.
* Study, highlight, update or feedback any problems arise to Senior.
* Monitor site progress of M&E installation work according to working schedule.
* Supervise M&E sub-contractor and provide technical data.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* Bachelor Degree in Mechnical Engineering or equivalent degree
* Minimun 2 years of M&E works relevant experience in M&E environment
* Excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and must be able to meet tight deadlines
* Experience in Hotel Project Field will be more preferred
