1. Responsible for the overall operation of the company's social platform. Layout on tiktok, facebook, twitter, instram and wechat, and formulate long-term strategic planning and layout of the platform content
2. Responsible for formulating short-to-medium-term operating strategies and operating plans, and organize the team to implement, to achieve the goal of rapid growth of the company's social accounts from 0 to 1;
3. Responsible for the daily monitoring and business configuration of the platform, regularly statistics the platform operation data, and submit a data analysis summary report;
4. Regularly analyze and evaluate data on its own products, the overall industry, and competitors, and continuously optimize the platform's operating model and operation plan;
5. Have experience on social platforms from 0 to 1, have strong experience and ability to raise powder projects
6. Cooperate closely with other relevant departments such as the market, content, and media to understand and adapt to the latest and ever-changing market needs, and improve the overall competitiveness of the platform;
7. Responsible for the system construction, daily staff management, training and talent echelon construction of the Internet operation team.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in media, brand planning, marketing, advertising, computer, etc .;
2. Internet advertising companies, marketing companies, and online brand communications. More than 5 years of work experience is preferred;
3. Sensitive to hot events, news and other news, strong grasping ability, and able to respond in time by organizing language
4. Good innovation ability;
5. Possessing excellent copywriting content production ability, data analysis ability and communication expression ability.
6.Social platforms have more than 100,000+ reading articles
7.Good Burmese, Chinese, English communication skills.
