-Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
-Manage and oversee media content
-Measure the success of every media campaign
-Stay up to date with the latest media best practices and technologies
-Use media marketing tools such as Buffer
-Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
-Communicate with industry professionals and influences via media to create a strong network
-Hire and train others in the team
-Provide constructive feedback
-Analyzing media relationship effectively and efficiency and ensured
-Collaborating with BU/BR marketing team in implementing tactical Media programs, and provide project and administrative support.
-Assists in production of advertising, Media brochures, Media kits or other promotion materials occasionally within timeline.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting Instructional Technology
-At least 2 years experience in media production and design experience
-Good interpersonal skills and relationship with Media
-Good communication skills(Written and Verbal)
-Fluent in Myanmar and English language(Written and Verbal)
-Understanding of different media communication channel(Audio visual media and channeling)
-Good in photographic skills will be an advantage
-Ideally hold qualification in communication, PR, Marketing, Media or Equivalent
