Key Responsibilities

• MEP Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential buildings. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordination with Interior Design Contractor: Collaborate closely with the interior design and decoration contractor to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building aesthetics. Address any design conflicts or challenges to achieve a harmonious result.
• Testing and Commissioning: Perform thorough testing and commissioning of MEP systems. Verify system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all installations operate efficiently and effectively.
• Quality Control: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the MEP installations.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on MEP installation progress, testing results, and commissioning activities. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management.
• Site Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different teams involved in the project. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP installations align with overall project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Proven experience in MEP site engineering, preferably in residential building projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration in construction projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in testing and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
