  • The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that our cosmetic products and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) are displayed correctly, attractively, and in alignment with the company’s marketing plans.
  • This role helps to increase sales by maintaining strong visibility and brand image in both counters and supermarket channels.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Ensure all cosmetic products are displayed properly at counters and supermarket shelves.
  • Place and maintain POSM (posters, stands, testers, signage) according to marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor stock levels at store shelves/counters and report shortages to the sales team (not warehouse).
  • Ensure promotional activities are executed according to plan.
  • Collect and report competitor information (display, pricing, promotion).
  • Build good relationships with store staff and supervisors.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product visibility and sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly merchandising reports.
  • Requirements:
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Merchandising, Sales, or related fields (cosmetic industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to travel to different store locations.
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
