Procurement & Supplier Management

• Research and identify reliable suppliers of raw materials in China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
• Negotiate prices, quality terms, and payment conditions
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs), track confirmations, and update internal records
• Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities for cost savings

Logistics & Inbound Transportation

• Coordinate delivery schedules from foreign suppliers to the Myanmar factory
• Work closely with freight forwarders, transport agents, and customs brokers
• Ensure accuracy of all shipping documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, FDA, etc.
• Monitor cargo movements (land/sea/air) and resolve shipment delays or damage issues
• Ensure customs clearance is timely and cost-effective
• Track and report on landed costs, delivery lead times, and import taxes

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing and import logistics, especially in manufacturing or trading sectors

• Solid knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and supplier negotiation

• Experience working with suppliers from China, Thailand, or Vietnam

• Understanding of logistics routing, customs procedures, and cross-border tax compliance

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) – Chinese or Thai language skills a bonus

• Proficiency in Excel, email, and basic ERP or procurement software

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-country coordination
