Merchandising Manager is the owner of merchandise and products and responsible for site-wide conversion rate and owner of price offering strategy. Shop has over 100 merchandise categories and each category has different purchasing behaviour, lifecycle and churn rate. Based on data, the Merchandising manager will set price and merchandise requirement to meet buyer conversion rate expectation on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

It means understanding the user behaviour as a whole and making sure people find the right product at the right price at the right supply level.

- Setting price and merchandise requirement to meet buyer conversion rate expectation on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Understanding the user behaviour as a whole and making sure people find the right product at the right price at the right supply level
- Increase buyer conversion rate and category growth
