လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

 Bachelor degree holder. Having MBA or BBA is more preferable to this position.
 At least 10 years experience as senior management level in FMCG Sales and Distribution management field and must have fundamental marketing concepts.
 Persuasion skills to be able to convince key customers to purchase goods and inspire employees to succeed.
 Effective communication skills to both listen and speak to all types of individuals.
 Strong management skills to lead employees across different territories and must have proactive management manner.
