Work with divisional Performance & Quality Managers to promote best practice and practice improvement
Review existing NPS methodology and propose adjustments
Ensure process improvement and quality assurance Digital Banking self-care services

Minimum 5 Years of working experiences in banking customer services industry
Experience influencing senior leaders across a matrixed organization and drive decisions through to successful execution
Excellent level in English for both speaking and written skills
