- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, anti-virus, back-ups, systems and firewalls
- Knowledge regarding the following vendor products:- VMWare, Microsoft, DellEMC, PaloAlto Firewall
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to handle multiple support cases
- Customer-oriented, and capable of providing high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate and work well with others
- Able to work for Day & Night with shift rotation
- Able to travel if require
- Able to work under high pressure
- Cannot miss the SLA of Response during duty assignment
