Responsible for day-to-day operation of Data Center networks availability, security and performance for branches, ATMs, POS, merchants, partners, customer launching services and users’ networks.
•Monitor networks, servers, applications, and services for performance and availability using monitoring tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults related to routers, switches, firewalls, and other infrastructure components.
• Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance, backups, updates, and health checks on infrastructure systems. • Provide initial diagnosis and basic troubleshooting for network issues.
• Respond to and resolve alerts and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Assist in implementing network changes, upgrades, and configuration adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, ISPs, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and change implementations.
• Work in 24/7 shift rotation to ensure continuous monitoring and support.
