Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements.
Integration: Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems and applications.
Analyze, design and build solutions with Odoo
Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
Research and development of odoo related technologies.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality and quality.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all development processes.
Consistently create quality software that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines by writing, reviewing and documenting application code
Collaboration: Work closely with the functional team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Upgrades and Migrations: Manage Odoo version upgrades and database migrations.
Training: Provide training to end-users and other stakeholders on Odoo functionalities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working with Odoo development.
Expert in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL database.
Extensive experience with Odoo APIs and integration with third-party systems.
Should have good understanding of Odoo module building and troubleshooting.
Should have good understanding database administration.
Knowledge of Linux operating system
Knowledge of Cloud technologies
Follow best practices in Software development to ensure the readability and maintainability of the code.
Create custom module in Odoo to meet the specific domain requirement.
Follow best practices for secured Software Development.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
