• Daily housekeeping: sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes and buffs floors, and Perform a full range of janitorial duties washes windows etc.
• Maintains restrooms in a sanitary condition and replenishes supplies
• Sets up rooms for meetings or may move and arrange office furniture
• Makes minor repairs on the facilities and/or coordinate and assist the plumber or building maintenance worker on a variety of maintenance functions
• Follow oral and written instructions by Management staff and Yard manager
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, and co-workers.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Six months of full- time janitorial work, including some experience in building/office maintenance.
• 6-month experience
• Construction industry experience..
• Working knowledge of the methods, materials and equipment used in janitorial work
• Some knowledge of the methods, practices, materials, equipment and tools used in minor maintenance repairs
• Some knowledge of safety techniques of the building maintenance trade
